“Robert got our roof replaced by our insurance company! We had a few storms roll through and I had a couple of neighbors who got their roofs replaced because of damage. I've been down this road before and made the mistake of calling my insurance company first. Robert came out and actually videoed the whole process and showed us the damage he found. Based on his findings of our Atlas Chalet roof, he said the insurance should replace it. We filed the claim and Robert came out and met the adjuster and showed them everything that he documented. The adjuster couldn't deny it and they wrote a check for replacement right there on the spot! We have a beautiful new roof and the crew did the entire thing and cleaned up in 1 day.
